30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged or faulty

If your lights arrive damaged or stop working, contact us with your order number and a photo or short video and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Message us on our contact page with your order number and a short note about what happened. We'll reply with the next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs and Package Protection are non-refundable.
